A 50% deposit is required to start the process, with the balance due on completion.
The above fees includes one (1) name reservation application on your behalf. Should your names be rejected by CIPC due to a conflict in the proposed name, an additional fee of R80.00 will be levied for each additional name search.

You will receive the following documents once your company has been incorporated:

  • Registration certificate
  • Notice of incorporation - Form CoR 14.1
  • Confirmation on the initial directors of the company - Form CoR 14.1 – Annexure A
  • Memorandum of incorporation (MOI) – Form CoR 15.1 A

You will need these documents to open up your business bank accounts, etc.
